- 6 slices soft white bread, crusts removed and bread cubed
- 1 lb. uncooked shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. oleo, melted
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 eggs, beaten with salt, mustard and 1 pt. milk
Directions

1Layer shrimp, bread and cheese in greased casserole.

2Pour over oleo and egg mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Bake 1 hour at 350°, uncovered.
