- 14 cup olive oil
- 12 cup flour
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 stalks celery, cut up
- 3 cloves garlic
- 6 cups water
- 2 fish bouillon cubes
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 14 teaspoon red pepper
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 1 package frozen okra
- 1 package frozen shrimp
- rice (optional)
Directions

1saute onion, green pepper, celery, and garlic in oil and flour.

2add water, fish bouillon, tomatoes, worcestershire, black pepper, red pepper, and paprika.

3simmer for 10 minutes.

4add package of frozen okra.

5simmer 10 minutes.

6If desired, you can add some rice or barley at this point if you prefer a thicker soup.

7Add shrimp when ready to serve (to keep it from getting mushy) and simmer for 5 min (to warm it up).
