  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
