Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Knox gelatine
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish, if desired
  • 3 cans tiny shrimp, rinsed in cold water
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine

Directions

    Dissolve gelatine in cold water; set aside.

    Bring to boil the cream of mushroom soup (undiluted).

    Stir in gelatine.

    Add cream cheese, Miracle Whip, lemon juice and horseradish.

    Mix well or use electric beater.

    Fold in shrimp, onion and celery.

    Grease a mold with Miracle Whip.

    Refrigerate several hours.

    Unmold. Serve with crackers.
