- 1 c. cooked deveined shrimp
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 envelope Knox gelatine (unflavored)
Directions

1Heat tomato soup (do not boil).

2Dissolve cream cheese in soup.

3Stir with wire whisk to blend.

4Remove from heat and pour in the gelatine.

5Cool for 15 minutes.

6Add the remaining ingredients to the soup.

7Stir well. Pour into lightly oiled mold or serving container.

8Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Serve with crackers, rye bread rounds or toast.
