Shrimp Spread Mold

Ingredients

  • 1 c. cooked deveined shrimp
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 envelope Knox gelatine (unflavored)

Directions

    Heat tomato soup (do not boil).

    Dissolve cream cheese in soup.

    Stir with wire whisk to blend.

    Remove from heat and pour in the gelatine.

    Cool for 15 minutes.

    Add the remaining ingredients to the soup.

    Stir well. Pour into lightly oiled mold or serving container.

    Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Serve with crackers, rye bread rounds or toast.
