- 1 1/2 lb. raw peeled shrimp
- 1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. pimentos
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Lightly saute mushrooms, onion and peppers for 1 minute in 3 tablespoons butter.

2Blend in flour; stir and cook 1 more minute. Remove from heat.

3Blend all ingredients, saving enough cheese to sprinkle on top.

4Place in a buttered casserole and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

5Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes.
