- 5 lb. shrimp
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 2 large onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- Creole seasoning
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 small bell peppers
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Saute onions, garlic and bell pepper in butter in large pot. Add tomato sauce, 2 cans water, shrimp and Creole seasoning. Simmer 1 hour.

2Thicken with cornstarch and serve over rice.
