Ingredients

  • 8 slices butts meat or streak of lean
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • 1/2 c. flour or less
  • 1 large can tomato juice
  • 1/4 bottle catsup
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 stick margarine or butter
  • 2 lb. shelled shrimp
  • salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste

Directions

    Fry meat until crisp.

    Drain and crumble. Fry onions in grease. Add flour and brown with onions.

    Add tomato juice, catsup, corn, butter, salt, pepper, hot sauce and shrimp. Cook on low heat until shrimp are done. Serve over rice.
