  • 3/4 lb. cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • dash of cayenne
  • 2 c. milk
  • Parmesan cheese
  • paprika
  • cooked rice

    Cook mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes.

    Blend in flour and seasonings.

    Add milk gradually; cook until thick, stirring constantly.

    Stir in shrimp.
