- 3/4 lb. cooked shrimp
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of cayenne
- 2 c. milk
- Parmesan cheese
- paprika
- cooked rice
Directions

1Cook mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes.

2Blend in flour and seasonings.

3Add milk gradually; cook until thick, stirring constantly.

4Stir in shrimp.

5Place in well-greased dish. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.

6Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or longer if cold.
