Ingredients
- 10 medium shrimp
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/2 c. sherry
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Peel and devein shrimp, cutting down back to butterfly.

2Mix egg and milk.

3Mix bread crumbs and seasonings together.

4Dip shrimp in egg wash then in seasoned bread crumbs.

5Melt butter in saute pan.

6Saute shrimp until brown.

7Remove to warm platter.

8Add sherry and lemon juice to pan and stir with wooden spoon to deglaze pan.

9Cook down slightly, then pour over shrimp.

10Sprinkle with parsley.
