- 1 (16 ounce) packageuncooked Barilla linguine
- 12 cup olive oil
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 12 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- salt and black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions

1Prepare linguine according to package directions; drain.

2Heat oil in large skillet over medium neat.

3Add bell pepper and garlic; cook 6 minutes or just until tender.

4Add shrimp, lemon juice, crushed red pepper, salt and black pepper; cook 10 minutes or until shrimp is pink and opaque.

5Sprinkle with parsley.

6Add shrimp mixture to cooked linguine in large bowl and toss well.

7Serve immediately.
