- 1 c. cooked shrimp, chopped
- 10 oz. chopped spinach
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. garlic
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 4 c. chicken stock
- 1/4 tsp. m.s.g.
Directions

1Heat butter in a 4-quart saucepan on high heat.

2Add garlic and shrimp.

3Saute for a few seconds.

4Add half of chicken broth, salt, white pepper and m.s.g.

5Bring it to simmer.

6Add spinach and cook for 2 minutes.

7Add remaining chicken stock, stir and cover.

8Simmer until spinach is soft.

9Serve immediately.
