- 2 lb. shrimp, cleaned
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine in large saucepan.

2Saute celery, bell pepper, onion, garlic, salt and pepper until tender.

3Add tomatoes.

4Simmer for 20 minutes.

5Add shrimp.

6Cook until tender. Serve over rice.
