  • 2 lb. shrimp, cleaned
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Melt butter or margarine in large saucepan.

    Saute celery, bell pepper, onion, garlic, salt and pepper until tender.

    Add tomatoes.

    Simmer for 20 minutes.

    Add shrimp.

    Cook until tender. Serve over rice.
