- 1 lb. large mushrooms
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese
- 1 small can Ortega chilies, chopped
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Wash and stem mushrooms.

2Place upside down on cookie sheet. Place 1 teaspoon of cream cheese in each cap.

3Place 1/4 teaspoon Ortega chilies on each (on top of cream cheese). Pour melted butter over all.

4Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 350° oven.
