- 2 (10 ounce) packagesfrozen broccoli stems
- 13 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 14 cup slivered almonds, chopped
- 23 cup sliced ripe olives
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions

1Cook broccoli in boiling salted water until just crunchy tender.

2Don't overcook.

3Drain and keep warm.

4Put olive oil and garlic in a small saucepan.

5Cook for 2 or 3 minutes, add nuts, olives and lemon juice.

6Heat thoroughly and spoon over broccoli.
