Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 c. cooked egg noodles
Directions

1Brown meat; add onion and cook until tender.

2Add tomato paste and 1 cup water; salt and pepper and simmer 20 to 30 minutes. Heat milk and cream cheese in saucepan over medium heat.

3Blend well.

4Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and green pepper and noodles.

5In 9 x 13-inch casserole, alternate layers of noodles and meat sauce.

6Bake at 350°

7for 20 minutes.

8Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
