  • 2 doz. hard chowder clams, chopped
  • 1 rib celery, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 dashes Tabasco
  • 3 oz. sherry
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/3 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 pkg. stuffing mix, mixed according to directions (use clam juice to soften)
  • 3 Tbsp. Roka cheese salad dressing
