- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup self-rising flour, sifted
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1/4 cup custard powder, sifted
- 2 tbsp 2% milk
- 3.5 oz white chocolate, melted
- None None silver dragees, to decorate
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.

2Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour and custard powder. Add milk and mix until just combined. Roll out to 1/4 inch thick then cut out cookies using a 2 1/2 inch bell-shaped cookie cutter. Transfer to prepared trays and bake for 12-15 mins, or until bottoms are light golden brown. Let cool on trays.

3Pipe chocolate around edges then arrange silver dragees over chocolate. Let set.
