- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 lb. yellow squash, cut into slices
- 5 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- paprika
Directions

1Sprinkle chicken with paprika, salt and pepper.

2Spray skillet with Pam.

3Add chicken breasts and brown on both sides.

4Add water.

5Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

6Add squash, onions and an additional 1/4 cup water, if necessary.

7Cover and cook 5 to 8 minutes longer until chicken and squash are tender.
