  • 4 Cod fillets
  • 100 ml Water
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Grated ginger

Directions

    Lightly wash the cod and use a paper towel to pat dry the moisture.

    Add the sauce to a pot and bring to a boil.

    Reduce the heat to low and add the cod.

    Close with a lid and simmer for about 3 minutes, occasionally pouring the sauce over the cod.

    Then it's done.
