- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 100 ml Sake
- 150 ml Water
- 5 cm Ginger paste
Directions

1Put the soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sake, water and grated ginger in a pan and turn on the heat.

2When it has come to the boil, add the fish.

3Place the lid on and simmer over low-medium heat for 15 minutes.

4Leave it a short while to let the flavours blend.
