- 1 from 1 fish Flounder offcuts
- 1 block Tofu
- 1 Scallion
- 1/2 Daikon radish
- 1 Sansho leaves
- 1 dash Sugar
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 Soy sauce
Directions

1Cut the tofu and daikon into a size that's slightly larger than regular bite-sized.

2Cutting into them with your chopsticks and feeling the softness is part of the fun.

3Cut the scallion into bite-sized pieces.

4No matter how hard you try, you can't cut into these with your chopsticks.

5Add the fish offcuts to boiling water and boil.

6Put the tofu and daikon in the bottom of a pan, then place the offcuts on top.

7Place the scallion in the open spaces.

8Add boiling water to the pot, and cover with a drop-lid to simmer.

9Once it comes to a boil again reduce to low heat, and add salt, sugar, and soy sauce.

10Let the flavor soak in.

11Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with sansho leaves.
