Ingredients: 1 cup of all purpose flour; 1 cup of white sugar; 3 eggs; 1/4 teaspoon baking soda; 1 teaspoon white or red wine vinegar; 5-6 large granny smith apples; 1 small .24 oz packet of vanilla powder; Small amount of butter or non stick spray; 1/4 cup unseasoned bread crumbs or flour; 1/4 cup sugar powder (optional)

["Preheat oven to 400 F. Butter or spray non stick baking spray inside a 9\" spring form pan. Make sure to cover the bottom and all the sides thouroughly. Cover the buttered surface with bread crumbs on the bottom and the side. If you don't have bread crumbs flour can be used as a substitute
