  • 1 pkg. pie crust mix (for double crust)
  • 6 c. sliced apples
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Directions

    Prepare 2 crust pie as directed on package.

    Blend sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt.

    Stir into apples until well coated. Pour mixture into pie crust.

    Dot with butter.

    Cover with top crust, seal, flute and slit top.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and bake at 350° for 30 minutes longer.
