- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil (I use applesauce too)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 ripe bananas
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Mix flour and baking soda.

3In a seperate bowl, beat eggs with fork.

4Add oil, sugar and bananas.

5Add flour mixture, stir until well blended.

6Pour into greased loaf pan.

7Bake for 1 hour.
