- 1 can (15 ounces) sliced carrots, drained
- 1 can (8 ounces) cut green beans, drained
- 1 jar (3 ounces) stuffed green olives, drained and halved, optional
- 1 can (2 1/2 ounces) sliced black olives, drained
- 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
