- 1 egg white
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 lb pecans
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°F.

2Mix egg white and water together.

3whisk until fluffy (not stiff).

4Put pecans in large bowl, pour egg water mixture over them

5Stir to cover.

6Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt together.

7Pour over pecans, stir to cover.

8Spread pecans on a pan (use a silpat for easier cleanup!).

9Bake for 30-40 minutes stirring every 10 minutes.
