- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Mustard
- 2 pinches Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 cup Milk
- 1-1/2 cup Shredded Cheese, your choice
Directions

1Melt butter in a medium saucepan, then whisk in flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Whisk until ingredients are fully incorporated and bubbly. Gradually add milk and whisk until thick and smooth. Add cheese and whisk until melted.

2Should the cheese sauce be too thick after it's fully cooked, you can always add more milk to thin it out.
