  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 pt. pizza sauce

    Brown chicken, skinned if desired, in oil in skillet.

    Reduce heat and pour pizza sauce over.

    Cover and simmer about 1 to 1 1/2 hours until chicken is tender.

    An alternative is to put browned chicken in a baking pan, pour sauce over, cover and bake at 325° for about 2 hours.
