1Brown chicken, skinned if desired, in oil in skillet.

2Reduce heat and pour pizza sauce over.

3Cover and simmer about 1 to 1 1/2 hours until chicken is tender.

4An alternative is to put browned chicken in a baking pan, pour sauce over, cover and bake at 325° for about 2 hours.
