  • 1 cup self rising flour (you will not need it all)
  • 1-2 cups shredded chicken (breast or thighs prefered)
  • 2 qts Chicken Stock

You should make sure to have the shredded chicken on cooked and preshredded before beginning this process. Just under 2 cups of chicken is what I like.
