- 3/4 lb. thin strip chicken breasts
- 3/4 c. reduced calorie Italian dressing
- 16 oz. pkg. Green Giant American mixture frozen veggies (California style)
- hot cooked pasta
- grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions

1In a large skillet, combine chicken and about 1/3 of the Italian dressing.

2Saute until chicken starts to brown.

3Add veggies and remaining dressing.

4Cover and simmer 7 to 9 minutes until veggies are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

5Serve over pasta; sprinkle with cheese.
