  • 3/4 lb. thin strip chicken breasts
  • 3/4 c. reduced calorie Italian dressing
  • 16 oz. pkg. Green Giant American mixture frozen veggies (California style)
  • hot cooked pasta
  • grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

    In a large skillet, combine chicken and about 1/3 of the Italian dressing.

    Saute until chicken starts to brown.

    Add veggies and remaining dressing.

    Cover and simmer 7 to 9 minutes until veggies are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

    Serve over pasta; sprinkle with cheese.
