- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 - 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup of oil (I use canola)
- milk (add to desired consistency - I use skim)
- Topping:
- Brown sugar
- Cinnamon (optional) - add just enough to desired flavor
- Pinch of flour
- Butter (we use light butter - Land of Lakes with canola oil)

I put a concentration of the topping in the center and only lightly sprinkle the remaining top of the dollop. When it bakes, there will be a nice sunken topping crater to work your way toward from the edge.","4":"Bake at 400 degrees until very lightly brown on top.","6":"Slather with butter and enjoy while still fairly hot.
