- 4 ears corn (or 10 oz.)
- 1 small potato, peeled and cubed
- 12 onion, chopped
- 13 cup water
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 34 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 2 tablespoons flour
Directions

1Cut and scrape corn from cob.

2In a large saucepan, combine corn, potato, onion, water bouillon and pepper.

3Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.

4Cover and simmer 10 minutes, until tender, stirring occasionally.

5Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the milk and the margarine.

6Combine the remaining 1/4 cup milk with the flour.

7Stir into corn mixture.

8Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

9Cook and stir for 1 minute more.
