  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Dash each ground nutmeg and cayenne pepper
