Simple Creamy Rice Pudding

  • 6 cups milk
  • 1 cup arborio rice
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 12 cup heavy cream
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • cinnamon

Directions

    In a large pot bring rice and milk just to a boil and simmer over med/low heat for approx 45 minutes until mixture coats the back of a spoon.

    In a small bowl mix beaten egg, cream, sugar, and vanilla.

    Whisk into rice mixture and cook 5 minutes.

    Let cool.

    Pour into individual serving dishes, or a large bowl, and top with cinnamon.
