Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 lb ground meat
  • 1/2 cup onion flakes, dehydrated
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 lb elbow macaroni
  • 3 quart boiling water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup dried sweet basil
  • 1 tsp whole leaf oregano
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 58 oz cans of tomato sauce
  • 29 oz can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped jalapenos
  • 10 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cup finely shredded cheese

    Preheat oven 450Fahrenheit

    Boil the pasta in water with oil and salt

    Brown your meat drain liquids, add dehydrated onions and water let cook

    Add tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes add salt, sugar, basil, oregano, mix well add pasta.

    Add half to a pan, 9x13x3 pan, add to the top the olives, jalapenos, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella.

    Bake in the oven 15 minutes let sit five minutes I served with garlic bread hope you enjoy

    The other half some ate who doesn't like the cheeses olives and so on you colud serve as goulash the next day it would serve 8
