- 1/4 Kabocha squash
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 100 ml Milk
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 8 grams Gelatin
Directions

1Remove seeds from the kabocha squash.

2Peel, and chop finely.

3Put kabocha into a heatproof dish and cover with plastic wrap.

4Microwave until it's cooked thoroughly.

5Blend the kabocha, heavy cream, milk, and sugar in a blender Make sure the kabocha is completely smooth.

6Dissolve gelatin in 3 tablespoons of hot water, and combine with the pudding mixture to mix thoroughly.

7Pour into a container and chill in in the fridge for 1 hour to harden and it's done.

8Top with whipped cream before serving.
