  • 250 g risotto rice
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 18 liters low-fat milk

Directions

    Put the three ingredients in a large ovenproof dish with a lid.

    Put in moderate oven (170c) for about 90 minutes stirring every 20-30 minutes.

    It shouldn't form a skin.

    Take it out when it still looks a bit too liquid - the rice will continue to absorb while it cools.
