  • 6 slices White Bread
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pound Minced Beef
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt, To Your Taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg

    Break down the bread into bread crumbs.

    Add the milk and leave the bread to soak.

    Press the garlic cloves.

    Put the minced beef in a deep bowl.

    Dice the onions and add to the bowl with the beef.

    Add the egg and beat the egg in the bowl.

    Add the soaked bread crumbs, pressed garlic, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Mix it all thoroughly and beat the beef against the bowl walls to make it smooth.
