- 6 slices White Bread
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 pound Minced Beef
- 2 Onions
- 1 Egg
- Salt, To Your Taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg
Directions

1Break down the bread into bread crumbs.

2Add the milk and leave the bread to soak.

3Press the garlic cloves.

4Put the minced beef in a deep bowl.

5Dice the onions and add to the bowl with the beef.

6Add the egg and beat the egg in the bowl.

7Add the soaked bread crumbs, pressed garlic, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

8Mix it all thoroughly and beat the beef against the bowl walls to make it smooth.

9Form medium size meatballs (about 2 inches in diameter).

10Place them into a deep pre-oiled roasting tin and cover with foil.

11Cook the meatballs at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 40 minutes.
