Simple Napolitan

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Spaghetti
  • 60 grams Wiener sausages
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 100 ml Green peas
  • 1 tbsp Butter (or margarine)
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 Grated cheese
  • 4 tbsp Ketchup
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Fish sauce

Directions

    Slice the onion into thin wedges and dice the sausages.

    Set aside.

    As for the green peas, you can use them frozen, which is what I do.

    Heat butter in a pan and add all the materials from Step 1.

    Cook on medium heat until the onions become wilted.

    Mix the ingredients in [A] and add to the pan.

    Boil for about 30 seconds, then add the al dente pasta.

    Flavor with salt and pepper and you're done.

    Top with Parmesan cheese if desired.
