Simple Never-Fail Yeast Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 envelope dry yeast
- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 to 6 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water in bowl.

2Stir in sugar, eggs, oil and salt.

3Add flour, 2 cups at a time, mixing to form stiff dough.

4Place in oiled bowl, turning to oil surface.

5Let rise, covered with damp cloth, until doubled in bulk.

6Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic.

7Shape into rolls; place in greased baking pan or muffin cups.

8Brush with oil.

9Let rise until doubled in bulk.

10Bake at 350° for 17 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

11May glaze or brush with melted margarine.

12Yield: 36.
