  • 4 ounces Grand Marnier or 4 ounces blue curacao
  • 4 lemon cookies (optional)

Directions

    Place a half cup of sherbert in a dessert cup.

    Pour and ounce of liquor over the sherbert.

    Stick a cookie off to the side of the sherbert, if using.
