- 2-1/2 cups Chopped Rhubarb Stalk
- 3-1/2 cups Sugar
Directions

1Combine rhubarb and sugar in a large, shallow and wide bowl. Let macerate for 1 hour.

2Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring only once to make sure there is no fruit sticking to bottom of saucepan. Once at a boil, continue boiling over high heat for 7 to 9 minutes, stirring only very occasionally.

3Off heat, allow to cool to room temperature and transfer jam to sterilized glass jars.
