  • 1 salmon fillet (1 lb.), skin removed, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. GREY POUPON Deli Mustard

Directions

    Add 2 inches water to large saucepan with steamer insert; cover.

    Bring to boil.

    Place fish on steamer; steam, covered, 4 min.

    or until fish flakes easily with fork.

    Remove fish from steamer; cool.

    Mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl.

    Stir in fish.
