- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 6 mushrooms
- 12 onion
- 1 zucchini
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 minced garlic cloves
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Chop up potatoes.
