  • 1 each zucchini, yellow squash and red pepper, chopped (about 4 cups total)
  • 4 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb.) Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
  • 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 2-2/3 cups hot cooked brown rice

Directions

    Heat oven to 375F.

    Combine zucchini, squash and peppers in 13x9-inch baking dish; top with fish.

    Mix tomatoes and dressing; spoon over fish.
