Ingredients
- 2 cups butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
Directions

1In large mixer bowl cream butter.

2Gradually add sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy.

3Add flour and mix just until combined.

4Stir in sesame seed, coconut and almonds just until well mixed.

5Divide dough into thirds.

6Place one third on long sheet of wax paper.

7Shape into a long roll 2 inches in diameter.

8Repeat with remaining dough.

9Wrap and refrigerate until firm.

10Preheat oven to 300°F.

11Cut rolls into 1/4-inch slices.

12Bake on ungreased cookie sheets 30 minutes.

13Remove to wire racks to cool.
