Simple Stir-Fry

- 1 lb. stir-fry vegetables
- 1/2 lb. chicken breast
- 1/2 lb. water chestnuts
- 5 Tbsp. cooking wine
- 5 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. warm water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Bake chicken in foil.

3Salt and pepper to taste, dot with margarine and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

4Cut chicken in bite size pieces.

5Pour water into skillet.

6Heat on medium high.

7Add frozen vegetables and sliced chestnuts.

8Add wine and soy sauce; gently stir in chicken.

9Continue to stir until all food items are well coated.

10Cover with lid; cook until all liquid has evaporated.

11Stir occasionally.
-
12Serve immediately.
