- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 Yakiniku sauce (bottled)
- 1 Leek or radish sprouts
Directions

1Drain the tofu and divide into 4.

2Coat the tofu entirely with katakuriko.

3Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry Step 2 until browned and crisp.

4Once the tofu has browned, pour in the yakiniku sauce and let it simmer.

5Once it has become slightly thickened, it's done.
