  • 2 blocks Firm tofu
  • 1 Katakuriko
  • 1 Yakiniku sauce (bottled)
  • 1 Leek or radish sprouts

Directions

    Drain the tofu and divide into 4.

    Coat the tofu entirely with katakuriko.

    Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry Step 2 until browned and crisp.

    Once the tofu has browned, pour in the yakiniku sauce and let it simmer.

    Once it has become slightly thickened, it's done.
