  • 1- 1/2 pound Ground Turkey Breast
  • 1 package Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 whole Egg, Lightly Beaten (optional)
  • Grilled Onions, Optional

Directions

    1) Mix turkey with onion soup mix, black pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and egg.

    Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

    2) Cook for 20 minutes, turning once for well done burgers.

    * I like to bake mine at about 350F for about 20 minutes or so.

    Top the burgers with grilled onions.
